Rustam Abrashytov, Head of the International Relations and Interuniversity Work Department of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took the online Integral Dynamics. The Evolution of Thinking, Leadership, Economics and Politics advanced training course and received a certificate.

This course is an introduction to the integral dynamics as a model of the evolution of thinking, leadership and management, which describes the development of psychosocial systems at different levels: a person, a company, nationality, humanity as a whole.

The purpose of the event is to find out the ways people's values ​​and thought patterns drive their actions, the reason why people often do not understand each other, how to effectively manage subordinate employees; to understand the diversity of paradigms of thinking and leadership styles, to get acquainted with a number of management cultures and learn to understand the position of colleagues better, to see opportunities and ways to improve themselves and their team.

During the event, the participants got to know the ways to use the integrated dynamics model to understand what is happening to the world and to Ukraine, what the epic events they have participated in mean and where the world is heading.

The course contained many useful and innovative tools that can be used in the process of professional activity.
