Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Economic Security of the State in the Context of National Interests" online. The conference was opened by the Rector of the University, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine Valerii Sokurenko. He congratulated the conference participants and wished everyone fruitful and productive work.

The scientific meeting was attended by the President of the Criminological Association of Ukraine, Academician of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine Oleksandr Bandurka, First Vice-Rector of the University, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor, Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine Dmytro Shvets, Vice-Rector of the University, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor Serhii Bortnyk, Vice-Rector of the University, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine Leonid Mohilevskyi, as well as Deputy Head of the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Kharkiv region, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Yurii Zaitsev, employee of Office of the Security Service of Ukraine in Kharkiv region Andrii Lymaniuk, deans of faculties, heads of departments, representatives of scientific and pedagogical staff of the university and members of the student scientific circle of the Department of Legal Support of Economic Activity of the Faculty № 6.

Representatives of higher education institutions of Ukraine and foreign experts joined the online discussion.

A collection of scientific articles was published based on the materials of the conference.
