“Virtual Tour to Europe” is a series of online lecturers to the Day of Europe in Ukraine, which will be held by representatives of European Union countries to give information about the country they represent and, in particular, the features of training of future police officers. Candidates for higher education from Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs are invited to participate in mini-lectures.
On May 11, 2021, at 01:00 p.m. there will be a lecture “Teaching future lawyers: an example of Lithuania”, speaker: Gediminas Bučiūnas, Doctor of Science, Professor at Vytautas Magnus University (Lithuania).
On May 12, 2021, at 04:00 p.m. there will be a lecture “Career of a Police Officer in North Rhine Westphalia (Germany)”, speaker: Frank Arnolds, Senior Advisor on general policing of EUAM Field Office Kharkiv.
On May 13, 2021, at 02:00 p.m there will be a lecture “Sweden and the Swedish Police”, speaker: Ove Pettersson, Adviser on Community Policing of EUAM Field Office Kharkiv
On May 14, 2021, at 02:00 p.m there will be “Training of Police Officers in Slovakia”, speaker: Ivan Kosc, PhD, Lecturer, Researcher, Academy of Police Force in Bratislava (Slovakia).
On May 14, 2021, at 03.30 p.m.– “Training of Lawyers: at the example of Poland”, speaker: Piotr Stec, Dr. Hab., Director of the Institute of Law of the University of Opole (Poland).
