Within the educational process of the "Legal document science" discipline there was a binary lesson "Written procedural documents and features of their creation" for the first-year cadets with the participation of the Chief State Auditor-Inspector of the Information and Analytical Work Sector of the Department for Support of Court Cases of the Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Sumy Region Iryna Semernia and Professor of Department of Humanities, Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, Valentyna Vasylenko.
The specialist and practitioner explained the procedure for drawing up and proper procedural execution of documents. She told in detail the applicants about the typical mistakes made during the preparation of procedural documents within the procedural actions, focused the audience's attention on the legal support of the rights of participants in the proceedings and the latest changes in procedural legislation of Ukraine.
Valentyna Vasylenko stressed that during the preparation and make of any written procedural document it is necessary to comply with the general requirements for the execution of documents established by state standards of Ukraine and other regulations. In addition, the creation of a written procedural document is particularly important and largely depends on the professional level of the author, so the acquisition of cadets not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills in compiling the necessary procedural documents is a condition for successful professional activity.
At the end of the meeting, Iryna Semernia noted that the State Tax Service of Ukraine main principles, as well as the National Police of Ukraine activities, remain legality and the rule of law.
