An online meeting with future entrants took place at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The meeting was attended by the Vice-Rector of the University Mykhailo Burdin, Assistant Rector Viktor Slysh, Head of the Department for Work with Students, Representative of the Admissions Committee Maryna Davydova, and Deans of all Faculties of the university.

A webinar on “Domestic Violence” was held. The speaker was Tsvitana Skoryna, a Lecturer at the Department of Legal Studies at Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The event was attended by representatives of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, Chernivtsi National University, College of Chernivtsi National University, Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University of Kyiv, Sumy National Agrarian University, National University “Odesa Law Academy”.

Vitalii Naida, Head of the School of Scientific Leadership of the Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, and participants of the School - 1st year cadets Polina Suslova, Daria Sulima, Daria Fartushna, Krystyna Koval - took part in the Ukrainian-Azerbaijani scientific online conference on “Black January 1990 in Baku. Freedom and justice against the repressive machine of the Soviet Union”.

The team of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs achieved 5-th place in the world ranking at “Hack The Box” internet platform, dedicated for practical skills training concerning penetration testing for different network node types in special virtual media.

It was announced by the Deputy of Interior Minister Tetiana Kovalchuk during the conference on human security in the online space "International Conference Safe Online 2020: Modern Challenges".

Researcher of the Research Department of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences Oleksandr Bazyk took an online course on “Combating and preventing bullying (harassment) in educational institutions”.

Natalia Miloradova, Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, Doctor of Psychology, Associate Professor, took part in a working meeting on the development of an online resource of educational materials on combating domestic and gender-based violence for lecturers of higher educational establishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and instructors of training centers of the National Police of Ukraine.

Ihor Chornyi, Head of the Department of Ukrainian Studies of the Faculty No. 2, Doctor of Philology, Professor, completed remotely an online course "Effective Use of Online Resources for Teaching History" on the UMITY.UKR web platform and received the corresponding certificate.

Employees of the Research Laboratory on the Issues of Police Activity Ensuring with the help of the project “VUM online” successfully completed online courses: “Formation of social behavior of people with disabilities in critical situations”; “Academic integrity at the university”; “Fight against corruption in public procurement”.
