Senior lecturers of the Department of Foreign Languages of Faculty No. 1 Larysa Sazanova and Anatolii Korshenko and an investigator of Police Department No. 2 of Kharkiv District Police Department No. 2 of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kharkiv region lieutenant of police Tetiana Neizzhala and an investigator of Police Department No. 1 of Kharkiv District Police Department No. 1of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kharkiv region lieutenant of police Dmytro Trunov conducted a binary lesson on "Stages of investigation" for the cadets of faculty No.1 group 302.

The following issues were considered: stages of investigation of criminal offenses, the concept of the stage of pre-trial investigation and forms of pre-trial investigation.

Police investigators acquainted the cadets with the organization of the pre-trial investigation bodies and their functions, identified the main function of investigators and interacting with them law enforcers of inquiry bodies.

Future investigators were interested in law enforcers’ powers and responsibilities. Police lieutenants Tetiana Neizzhala and Dmytro Trunov spoke about their own experience as investigators in today's conditions.
