Critical thinking for educators

Nataliia Yelnikova, a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Ukrainian Studies of the Faculty No. 2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, received a certificate from the course “Critical Thinking for Educators”, which took place on the platform of mass open online courses Prometheus.

This course helped to master the strategies and procedures of critical thinking, which allowed to increase personal effectiveness and success of taken decisions. Familiarity with the theory and methods of teaching critical thinking has strengthened the methodological training that will contribute to the success of teaching.

The ability to think critically is one of the means of scientific, technological and social progress formation, it is the basis of democracy and education plays a paramount role in this, ensuring independent and responsible action.
