Yaroslav Yuriev, a 2nd year master's student of the Faculty № 3, who is undergoing an internship as a district police officer of Vinnytsia Regional Police Department, while patrolling one of the city's neighborhoods, together with officers of the same department, noticed a suspicious 36-year-old local man who was behaving nervously.
