Vladyslav Kochyn, a first-year cadet of the Faculty No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, organized and conducted an online event on Road Safety for fifth-grade students of Kharkiv Lyceum No. 12 of Kharkiv City Council.
