Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs trains cyber-police officers at the Faculty No. 4. The main areas of practical activity of graduates of the Faculty are counteraction to offenses committed with the use of high information technologies; improvement of the efficiency of law-enforcement activities of the National Police through the use of modern management tools; introduction of computer systems of information processing and analysis, modern information technologies and methods of usage of technical means into the activity of the police. The developers of the well-known “StopDrugs” chat-bot are also cadets of the Faculty No. 4.
