The Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Valerii Sokurenko introduced the first Vice-Rector to the staff. It is Doctor of Law, Associate Professor, Police Lieutenant Colonel Viktor Vasylenko. According to the Rector, "Viktor Mykhailovych is an experienced specialist, a balanced and tolerant person, tested in the extreme conditions of martial law.
