Dear colleagues, cadets, students, master's and adjunct students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs! Today we have a big holiday - on November 22, we celebrate the 28th anniversary of the founding of our native Alma Mater! Together with you, we chose the path of development and construction of our university and we will not stop in this process even for a moment. Even in the face of the forced relocation of our higher education institution due to the war in the country, we continue our educational and scientific activities, strengthen the material and technical base, set new goals and tasks, plan our future.
The second meeting of the scientific circle of the Department of Civil and Legal Disciplines of the Faculty No. 4 of KhNUIA took place in the current academic year. The Associate Professor of the department, Professor Oleksandr Shyshka brought to the attention of the participants scientific views on the problems of the subject of civil law.
Even in peacetime, emergency and specialized medical care is extremely important, as it saves lives in the most difficult cases, and in wartime, when Kharkiv residents are under fire and wounded every day, this care is critical. The police do not stand aside.
Olena Fedorenko, Head of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, took part in a press conference on the topic "Is it possible to maintain the quality of education during the war?", which took place at Kharkiv Press Club.
Kostiantyn Melnyk, Head of the Department of Labor and Economic Law of the Faculty № 2, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor, Police Lieutenant Colonel, and Nemyshliany District Police Officer of the Main Department of the National Police in Kharkiv region, Police Major Kostiantyn Kovalenko conducted a binary lesson on the subject "Commercial Law" on the topic "Liability in Commercial Law" for students of several groups of the Faculty № 5.
Personal distribution of students of the Faculty № 5 (correspondence form of study for the National Police) of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs continues. Those, who obtained the first (bachelor's) level of higher education in specialty 262 "Law Enforcement" under the educational program "2 years cadet – 1 year student" will go for further service in the territorial bodies of the National Police of Ukraine, which sent them to study.
For students of the Faculty № 5 (correspondence form of training for the National Police employees) of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, who obtained the first (bachelor's) level of higher education in specialty 262 "Law Enforcement" under the educational and professional program "2 years cadet – 1 year student", personal distribution was carried out for further service in the positions of junior police officers in the territorial bodies of the National Police of Ukraine, which sent them for training.
Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Police General of the Third Rank Valerii Sokurenko, First Vice-Rector Police Colonel Dmytro Shvets, Vice-Rector Police Colonel Serhii Bortnyk held a working meeting with students of the Faculty № 5 who study under the educational-professional program "2 years cadet - 1 year student".
Associate Professor of Police Activity and Public Administration, Police Major Vadym Seliukov within the framework of the project of academic mobility in higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs together with a Lecturer of the Department of Administrative and Legal Disciplines of the Faculty № 2 of Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs, Senior Lieutenant Ivan Khozl held a binary lecture for students of the Faculty № 5 on the topic "Legal regulation of the service of district police officers".
