The event became a platform for discussing current problems and finding ways to develop Ukraine in conditions of martial law and post-war reconstruction, determining the role and place of the state in the conditions of transformation of legal, economic, social and cultural systems, reforming national legislation and bringing it into line with European standards, the requirements of a market economy and the challenges of geopolitics.

Summing up the work of the conference, Rector Valery Sokurenko wished all participants of the event, the university staff and graduates further scientific achievements, encouragement, and endurance in these difficult times.
