Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law and Human Rights Andrii VOITSIKHOVSKYI took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference "HELP in University Education: Promoting of European Human Rights Standards for Future Professionals".

Under the guidance of Associate Professor of the Department of Sociology and Psychology Yana PONOMARENKO, the participants of the scientific circle discussed the history of the international campaign "16 Days Against Violence", its key goals and the symbolism of the dates that form the structure of this global human rights initiative.

Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, together with Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, conduct a public opinion interview on the level of security in different districts of region and the effectiveness of law enforcement agencies.

A regular session of the Scientific Society of Students, Cadets, Listeners, Postgraduates, Adjuncts, Doctoral Students and Young Scientists was held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. Liudmyla NADOPTA, Head of the Scientific Society, spoke about promising areas of scientific activity of young scientists.

The event, organized by the Head of the Department of Administrative Activities of the ERI No. 3 Olena DZHAFAROVA and the Head of the circle, Associate Professor of the Department Yuliia BUHAIKO, brought together cadets, students of the master's program and adjuncts (postgraduates) interested in an in-depth study of the current theoretical and practical aspects of police activity.

Within the framework of the Law Week in Ukraine, a joint session of scientific circles of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology and the Department of Criminal Procedure, Forensics and Expertology of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5 was held. It was conducted by the Heads of the circles - Sssociate Professors of the Departments Yaroslav LANTINOV and Svitlana LOZOVA.

Representatives of the Department of Humanities and Ukrainian Studies –, Head of the Department Nataliya YELNIKOVA, Associate Professor Victoriia PERTSEVA and Senior Lecturer Olena OVERCHUK – took part in the work of the International Scientific and Practical Conference «Education Without Borders: Global Trends in Language Teaching».

In the round table «Unpunished crimes of the XX century. Archival documents of the MIA about the Holodomor and mass artificial famines in Ukraine», organized by the Ministry of Internal Affairs as part of the project «Holodomor: in the language of archival documents», were attended by representatives of the Department of Theory and History of the State and Law of KhNUIA.

Professor of the Department of Humanities and Ukrainian Studies, Doctor of Philosophy, Volodymyr SHAPOVAL, took part in two prestigious international scientific events dedicated to current problems of philosophy and modern humanitarian research.

The International Scientific and Practical Conference «Economic-Legal and Financial-Accounting for Sustainable Development: Modern Challenges and Trends» was held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, which brought together scientists, practitioners, representatives of state institutions and educational institutions of Ukraine and abroad.
