Representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs - Assistant to the Rector on Gender Issues Oksana Tsukan and Vice-Rector Mykhailo Burdin - took part in the third conference "Security of the Future: Data Privacy, Artificial Intelligence and the Evolution of Intelligence".

It took place within the framework of the Horizon 2020 international research project "Interacting network of intelligence and security practitioners with industry and academia actors" (NOTIONES), in which Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs acts as a member. During the conference, participants worked to deepen their understanding of generative artificial intelligence and other issues that law enforcement agencies may face, including the challenges and technological tools associated with the development of artificial intelligence.

At the World Cyber ​​Security Congress IOT Solutions, companies from 100 countries of the world presented their developments, more than 70 sessions, workshops and panel discussions were held, at which more than 120 speakers spoke. Separately, the congress presented achievements in the field of security and smart things from more than 100 large companies and start-ups. One of the main tasks of the World Congress is to meet the urgent need for advanced cyber security solutions amid the surge of cyber attacks targeting various sectors. In cooperation with Agència de Ciberseguretat de Catalunya (ACC) during the event, tools and experience were presented aimed at strengthening digital protection in connection with the appearance of a large number of Internet devices, the introduction of 5G technology, which is the reason for the escalation of risks and threats. During the World Congress, practical solutions were proposed in such thematic areas as employee training and awareness, robust security measures, threat intelligence and monitoring, etc.  https://univd.edu.ua/uk/news/20056
