
Within the framework of the joint project of the OSCE Support Program for Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Police of Ukraine, 3rd year cadets Dasha Horpynenko, Serhii Melkumov (Faculty 1), Vladyslav Kostromskyi (Faculty 2) and Olena Tsipkailo (Faculty 4) took part in the Winter School on Investigating of Crimes Related to Human Trafficking for three days.

Under the guidance of the Head of the Department of Social and Economic Disciplines of the Faculty № 2, Doctor of Economics Iryna Sievidova, third-year cadet Oksana Sobko, who is studying in the specialty 071 "Accounting and Taxation", took part in the II Scientific and Practical Conference "Actual Issues of Regional Financial Processes under Martial Law", which was organized by the Young Scientist Publishing House.

The Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation of theFaculty No. 1 held a regular meeting of the scientific club on the topic "Application of the European Court of Human Rights Case Law in Criminal Proceedings". The event was attended by cadets of Faculties No. 1, 4 and academic staff. Students of the Faculty No. 2 joined the meeting online.

Employees of the Educational and Methodological Department together with the Department of Police Activity and Public Administration of the Faculty № 3 of the University visited Kharkiv District Police Department № 2, Kharkiv District Police Department № 3 and Police Department № 2 of Kharkiv District Police Department № 3 of the Main Department of the National Police in Kharkiv Region, where 3rd and 4th year cadets of Faculties №№ 1-4 are undergoing internships.

An on-site binary class was organized for the first-year students of the Faculty № 2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, who are studying Law Enforcement (Criminal Police), to visit the temporary detention center № 1 of the Main Department of the National Police in Vinnytsia region.

Albina Melnyk, Senior Inspector of the Human Rights Compliance Sector of Kamianets-Podilskyi District Police Department of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi Oblast, and Tamara Yatsenko, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Labor and Commercial Law of the Faculty № 2, conducted a binary class on Environmental Law for cadets of the Faculties № 1 and № 4.

The students of the Faculties 2 and 3 attended two artistic events at Vinnytsia Regional Philharmonic named after M. D. Leontovych, dedicated to honoring the courage and heroism of the defenders of Ukraine, as well as the memory of thousands of people who died as a result of the brutal aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.

During these two years, the Ukrainian people have demonstrated an undeniable example of courage, resilience and unity in the face of a cruel enemy. The world has seen Ukrainian towns and villages burned and destroyed by the Russian army, and knows firsthand about the massacres, torture and atrocities committed under the Russian tricolor in the occupied territories.

The staff of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs donated everything necessary for psychological correction classes - art therapy (paints, easels and canvases, polymer clay, colored pencils and palettes, etc.)

As part of the training at the School of Junior Commanders of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Vice-Rector of the University, Police Colonel Serhii Bortnyk met with junior commanders of cadet units.
