Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Police General of the Third Rank Valerii Sokurenko and Vice-Rector Police Colonel Serhii Bortnyk instructed the cadets of the university who will be involved in service during the holidays at the university.

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs conducted briefings on the implementation of the program of practice, discipline and personal safety with cadets of 2nd and 3rd year Faculties № 1-4, who are sent for internships to units of MDNP in the regions of Ukraine.

Cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, who won the preliminary (selection) stage, took part in the regional stage of the XII Taras Shevchenko International Language and Literary Competition, which took place online on the ZOOM platform. 82 participants from 25 universities registered for the competition.

Cadets of the Faculty № 2 KhNUIA along with curator – Associate Professor of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines Victoriia Honcharova visited city ice rink.

On the eve of the Day of Memory, the Scientific Library of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs organized a meeting of cadets of Faculties № 2 and № 3 with a participant in the liquidation of Chernobyl accident – Methodologist of KhNUIA Educational Methodological Department Oleh Yashcheritsyn.

Cadets of the Faculty № 2 KhNUIA along with Senior Lecturer of the Department of Ukrainian Language Nataliia Elnikova visited Kharkiv National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater named after V.M. Lysenko, where saw opera “Carmen” written by Georges Bizet.

Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Valerii Sokurenko presented awards to cadets who became winners and prize-winners of Kharkiv Regional Open Sambo Championship among juniors during the morning line-up of the staff.

Cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the open championship of Kharkiv region in sambo wrestling among juniors. In a rather fierce battle, KhNUIA athletes showed an excellent result and became the winners and prize-winners of the championship.

An online presentation entitled “Digital Bullying and the Right to Privacy in the Context of 16 Days Against Violence” was held at the Language Center of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs for students of the master's degree program of the Faculty № 3, cadets of the Faculties № 1-4 and students of the Faculty № 6.

An online lecture “Tactical Aspects of De-escalation: Presentation of the German Police Experience and Approaches” was held at the Language Center of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The event was attended by students of the master's degree of the Faculty № 3 and university cadets of Faculties № 1-4.
