On the occasion of the Day of Remembrance and Reconciliation, which is celebrated annually on May 8 to honor the memory of all victims of the Second World War of 1939-1945, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted the opening of the exhibition "UPA: Response of the Unconquered People".

Students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs will be patrolling together with police officers from Vinnytsia Region Police. The university is part of Vinnytsia Police Garrison and will ensure public safety and order on the streets of Vinnytsia.

A regular optional lesson of the School of Scientific Leadership of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was held, which was conducted by the head of the School Vitalii Naida. With the assistance of Vasyl Kachan, Head of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports of Kelmenets Village Council of Dniester District of Chernivtsi Region, a meeting with high school students was held at Kelmenets Lyceum. It was attended by university professors, cadets, lyceum director Vitalii Rybchynskyi, and class teachers.

A meeting of members of the cadet and student self-government of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was held. Cadets and students discussed the educational and professional programs of the first (bachelor's) and second (master's) levels of higher education in the field of knowledge 26 "Civil Security" and specialty 262 "Law Enforcement".

The event was held with the participation of the Rector of the University, Police General of the third rank Valerii Sokurenko, Vice-Rectors Serhii Bortnyk, Oleksandr Muzychuk, Anatolii Klochko, Inspector of the Fire Safety Group of the Material Support Department of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Yurii Chukhrii, heads of structural units, and cadets.

The cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, who are studying in the specialty "Accounting and Taxation", had a lesson in the "Museum of Money" of Vinnytsia Institute of Trade and Economics of KNTEU.
The students learned a lot of interesting and useful information about the historical manifestations of the development of money and money circulation in Ukraine and abroad, and got acquainted with the collection of coins from around the world.
