Associate Professor of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training, Mykola Borovyk, conducted additional classes in the discipline "Special Physical Training" with the first-year cadets of the Faculty No. 3. The cadets considered the peculiarities of the use of police coercive measures in martial law and practiced practical skills in the use of detention methods.
An optional lesson in tactical medicine was held with the commanders of the training groups of the Faculty No. 3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The university cadets practiced their skills in performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation and ensuring airway patency. The optional classes were held under the guidance of Vladyslav Burkhailo, a lecturer at the Faculty No. 3.

On the occasion of the Day of Ukrainian Volunteer, the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work organized and conducted a video lecture for higher education students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs at all locations with the participation of the Head of the Central Interregional Department of the Ukrainian Institute of National Memory Bohdan Halaiko and the leading employee of the Institute Oleksii Servetnyk.
Head of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Faculty No. 3, Olena Fedorenko, held a career orientation meeting with graduates of Gymnasium No. 2 in Khmelnytskyi, which was attended by 43 students. During the meeting, high school students received information about Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the specialties in which police officers are trained, the conditions for admission to the university in 2023.
Alona Bakhaieva, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Police Activity and Public Administration of the Faculty №3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, organized and held a meeting with Valentyn Kravchenko, a district police officer of the Prevention Sector of the Police Department №2 of Brovary District Police Department of the MDNP in Kyiv Region, for the cadets of Faculty №3 of the 101st Group.
The readings were held at all locations of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The event was opened by the Vice-Rector of the University Anatolii Klochko, who noted that the great Kobzar became a symbol of freedom, justice and endurance for every citizen of Ukraine, a symbol of the Ukrainian national movement and revival.
As part of career guidance work, Oksana Melnychuk, a lecturer of the Department of Social and Economic Disciplines of the Faculty No. 2, and Diana Kirika, a lecturer of the Department of Police Activity and Public Administration of the Faculty No. 3, held a meeting with the administration and students of the 11th grades of Kamianets-Podilskyi Lyceum No. 9 named after A. M. Troian.
Applicants for higher education of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in an intellectual battle on the occasion of the 209th anniversary of Taras Hryhorovych Shevchenko's birthday. The organizers were the youth policy department of Vinnytsia City Council together with Vinnytsia Youth Council. The competition was held among 19 educational institutions of Vinnytsia.
On March 9, our country celebrates the 209th anniversary of the birth of Taras Hryhorovych Shevchenko. On the occasion of a significant date for the country, the staff and cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs laid flowers at the monument of Great Kobzar, a fighter for the freedom of Ukraine T.H. Shevchenko.
