On the Day of the Defender of Ukraine the ceremonial events on the occasion of the taking the Oath of Police officer by first-year cadets were held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. During all the period of study young men and women are brought up by the staff of the University as courageous, strong, fearless, faithful to duty and officer honor, because they are the future defenders of the order and law in our country.

A meeting of students and cadets-psychologists with the officer of the group of moral and psychological support of the Joint Forces Command, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor, Corresponding Member of the International Academy of Sciences of Pedagogical Education Oleh Zarichanskyi took place.

The University Library received as a gift from the author' team of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Faculty № 3 the "Higher School Pedagogy" textbook edited by the Head of the Department, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Olena Fedorenko.

During the guard mounting the Rector of the University Dmytro Shvets handed shoulder boards to cadets and master’s degree students, who received regular special police ranks.

Oleksandr Sokolov, Police Major, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and Vlad Stepanenko the Ordinary Police, a fourth-year cadet of the Faculty No. 2 have conducted a lecture and practical training on cyberbullying prevention for pupils of Kharkiv comprehensive school of I-III levels No. 72 of Kharkiv Municipal Council of Kharkiv Region.

Olena Fedorenko the Head of the Department of Pedagogics and Psychology of the Faculty No. 3 Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor and Olena Yevdokimova the Head of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the Faculty No. 6 Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Professor held a training workshop with young teachers and post-graduate students of the University on the topic “Interactive Training Methods in teaching humanities disciplines”.

Viktoriia Dotsenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogics and Psychology of the Faculty No. 3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs together with Nataliia Novikova the Head of Psychological Support Department of the Staffing Support Office of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, held a binary class in the Discipline “Psychophysiology” on the topic “Psychophysiological Researches with the use of polygraph”.

Cadets of the faculty № 3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs of study groups 207 and 409, who study under the educational-professional program "Psychology" (juvenile prevention psychologist), together with curators Svitlana Kharchenko and Victoria Dotsenko visited the exhibition of new acquisitions in the university library.

The first meeting of the research society of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Faculty № 3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took place in a new academic year under the leadership of Professor of the Department Svitlana Kharchenko.

The KRO (Kharkiv region organization) PST (Physical sport team) «Dynamo», track and field cross championship took place, in which cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part. The competition was held on the basis of the HONP (Head Office of the National Police) Training Center in Kharkiv region.
