Kateryna Penzieva, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Criminalistics, Forensic Science and Pre-medical Training of the Faculty No. 1 of KhNUIA, took an online course "First Aid in Warfare" on the open platform Prometheus, developed in cooperation with the company "First Aid and Special Training. FAST".
Operation Zahid-2023, which is taking place in Chernivtsi region, is aimed at strengthening the protection of the state border. To this end, cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs' Faculties 2 and 3 have been sent to the Border Guard Service units.

Iryna Kazanchuk, Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of the Faculty No. 1, conducted a binary lesson for 1st year cadets of the Faculty No. 3 on the topic "Bodies of the National Police of Ukraine as subjects of administrative jurisdiction" within the discipline "Fundamentals of Administrative Jurisdictional Activity".
Associate Professor of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty № 3 of KhNUIA Tykhin Shevchenko conducted a practical class for cadets on the topic "Peculiarities of conducting a general combat by a small police task force in urban areas".
The permanent and variable staff of the Faculty No. 3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs continues to actively assist the families of servicemen who are at the front, courageously defending the independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
Employees and cadets of Faculty № 3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the "Friendly Support" project of the Department of Education, Science and Sports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, sending humanitarian aid to Kherson residents affected by the explosion of Kakhovka hydroelectric power station.
A regular optional lesson of the School of Scientific Leadership of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs on "Legal Dimensions of War" was held by Yurii Orlov, Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty No. 1.
The psychological state and mental health during military operations is extremely important. Many people experience exhaustion, fatigue, anxiety and panic. The Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Faculty № 3 of KhNUIA carries out volunteer activities to provide psychological assistance to those who need it.
