Senior lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 Anatolii Korshenko held a meeting of the scientific circle on the topic “Stem words: British and American English” and acquainted cadets with stem words (“word family”) of both commonly used vocabulary and vocabulary for professional purposes “Law and Order” in American and British English.

On November 30, 2021 at 11.00 in the Language Center of the Department of Foreign Languages an open practical lesson of the Head of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA Olena Stativka on the subject "Foreign language for professional purposes" will be held.

Halyna Sorokina, Senior Lecturer, Department of Foreign Languages, Faculty № 4 with the participation of the Head of the sector of counteraction to domestic violence of the Department of Prevention of the Kharkiv district Police Department № 2 MDNP in the Kharkiv region major of police Oleksii Lobur and Deputy Head of the sector, Police Captain Anna Kulik held a binary lesson for cadets of the Faculties № 1, 2, 3 in the discipline “Foreign (German) language of professional orientation” on the topic “Algorithm of actions of police officers in detecting domestic violence”.

The lecturers of the Department of Foreign Languages of Faculty 4 hold English courses for University academic staff. Lecturers give lessons twice a week in the Language Center of KhNUIA. 

Senior Lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages Liubov Rusanova together with cadets of Faculty № 4 Anton Shevchenko and Dmytro Tarasenko visited Kharkiv specialized school of I-III grades № 17 of Kharkiv city council of Kharkiv region and conducted career guidance work with students of 10-11 grades.

Cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took the first and prize places in the championship of FC "Dynamo" of Ukraine in kettlebell lifting, which took place in Kharkiv.

Nataliia Filipska, a senior lecturer at the Department of Constitutional and International Law of Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA, together with the inspector of Patrol Police Department in Poltava Region, Police Lieutenant Anastasiia Paladiichuk, conducted a binary lesson on "Fundamentals of Legal Knowledge" for cadets of study group F4-102.

Representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the online webinar "ATM hacking: investigation, summary, principles", which took place on the LEEd CEPOL platform.

Tetiana Kalchenko, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, held a meeting of the cadets' scientific group on the topic "They fought at the cost of their own lives", dedicated to the Day of Dignity and Freedom.

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted a review-competition of amateur art groups of faculties, dedicated to the International Student Day. The cadets demonstrated creativity, spectacle, artistry and high level of performance in four nominations: “Debut of freshmen. Number to choose from", "Vocal genre", "Choreographic genre", "Original genre. KVN. Business card".
