As part of the military and patriotic education of youth, cadets of the Faculties No. 1 and No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs attended a concert of the orchestra of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. 250 cadets of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine joined the joint special border operation "West-2023", launched by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
