Employees and cadets of the Faculty № 2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs helped one of the military medical institutions of Vinnytsia region to improve and clean the territory. Participation in such events helps to foster feelings of patriotism, national unity and love for the Motherland and native land among young people.

Maryna Petchenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Social and Economic Disciplines of the Faculty № 2, PhD in Economics, completed an internship at the Summer Economic School "Ukraine and the EU: Candidate Status and Prospects for European Integration" organized by the NGO "Ukrainian Association of International Economists" and Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University.

An online meeting was held between the cadets of Faculties 2 and 3 with Oleksandr Borovyi, a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and Viktor Tsebryk, commander of the Azov Regiment, who heroically and bravely defend the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country.

The psychologists of the psychological support department of the VKZ in cooperation with the leadership of the Faculty № 2 introduced a series of trainings with cadets on the topic: "Patriotism as a characteristic and value of personality". The purpose of the event is to form patriotism in cadets as a stable general personality trait

During the introductory practice, the 1st year cadets of the Faculty № 2 of KhNUIA together with the district police officers of Vinnytsia District Police Department № 1 of the Main National Police in Vinnytsia region conducted preventive information and awareness-raising activities aimed at combating fraud.

Vice-Rector of the University Anatolii Klochko held a working meeting with the heads of the university's structural subdivisions. During the online meeting, issues related to the actualization and implementation of new forms and methods of national and patriotic education of young people, the formation and sustainable development of their self-identity and patriotism were discussed.

Higher education students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the flash mob "Angels of Memory" organized by the Youth Policy Department of Vinnytsia City Council. The event took place on the eve of the anniversary of the tragic event: the death of 29 Vinnytsia residents, including children, as a result of a missile attack on the Officers' House in the city center.

On July 17, 2023, at 13.00, at the initiative of the Dean of the Faculty No. 6 of KhNUIA Oksana Brusakova, an online meeting will be held with the real heroes of Ukraine, defenders of Mariupol from the Azov Regiment - Davyd Kasatkin, Lev Pashko, and Illia Samoilenko. We invite students, cadets and academic staff of the university to attend the meeting.

The 3rd year cadets of the Faculty No. 1 Oleksii Rachynskyi and Faculty No. 2 Yana Telukha took part in a unique offline project for active youth who want to make positive changes in Ukraine. The event took place in the village of Yablunytsia, Ivano-Frankivsk region.
