Valerii Sokurenko, Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, and the university cadets - participants of the School of Scientific Leadership together with Vitalii Naida, the Head of the School - took part in an educational event.
Oksana Melnychuk, a lecturer at the Department of Social and Economic Disciplines of the Faculty № 2, conducted a binary lesson in Sociology on the topic "Deviation and Social Control". Kateryna Rodina, Head of the Juvenile Prevention Sector of Kamianets-Podilskyi Department of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi Oblast, joined the class.
During the morning formation of the personnel of the Faculties No. 2 and No. 3, the cadets who became winners and won prizes in sports competitions were awarded. The Rector of the University Valerii Sokurenko wished the athletes new victories and urged them to continue to keep the bar high not only in sports but also in their studies.
In Kamianets-Podilskyi, Khmelnytskyi region kickboxing championship WAKO among youth sports schools and sports clubs dedicated to the memory of the defender of Ukraine Serhii Podolian was held, in which cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part.
Students of the Faculties 2 and 3 attended the performance "People's Malachi", which premiered at Vinnytsia Academic Music and Drama Theater named after M. Sadovskyi.
The play by Mykola Kulish "People's Malachi" raises the eternal questions of the meaning of human existence, the possibilities of ethical choice and the limits of change in the life of an individual and society as a whole.
According to the program of complex competitions "Dynamiada-2023" among the national teams of higher education institutions belonging to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Guard of Ukraine and other central executive authorities, the Sambo Championship of the Dynamo Football Society of Ukraine was held in Lviv.
Natalia Hridina, a lecturer at the Department of Police Activity and Public Administration of the Faculty No. 3, conducted a binary lesson on "Organization of Police Activity during Martial Law: Problems and Challenges" within the discipline "Police Activity".
Nataliia Yelnikova, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Ukrainian Studies, Faculty № 2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, has successfully completed the professional development course "Teachers 2.0: Online Course on Professional Development and Mentoring" at the EdEra online education studio.
Representatives of the Department of Social and Economic Disciplines of the Faculty № 2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs - PhD in Economics, Associate Professors Nataliia Pavlenko, Maryna Petchenko and Nataliia Bobro - took part in the EU AntiCor webinar "Corruption and Shadow Economy: EU Practice and Peculiarities of Ukraine". The event was organized by the State University of Trade and Economics with the support of the EU under the J. Monnet program within the framework of the EU Erasmus+ program.
