The 1st year cadets of the training group of the Faculty № 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and their curator, Natalia Olendra, a lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4, handed over camouflage nets they had woven with their own hands and the Flag of Ukraine signed with words of gratitude to our defenders.

 On the occasion of the International Anti-Corruption Day, the first hackathon on building integrity and preventing corruption in the security and defense sector of Ukraine was held in partnership with representatives of the NATO Building Integrity Program, the UK Defense Academy's BI Program and the Center for Defense Anti-Corruption of the Ministry of Defense of the Kingdom of Norway.

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted an Open Day, which was attended by graduates of Kamianets-Podilskyi Specialized Lyceum with military training and high school students of general secondary education institutions of Kamianets-Podilskyi community.

Special Police Investigator of Kamianets-Podilskyi District Police Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi Region Kostiantyn Kryzhanivskyi and Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law of the Faculty № 4 Andrii Voitsikhovskyi conducted a binary class for one of the groups of the Faculty № 1 as part of the discipline "European Union Law".

 Larysa Sazanova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA, and Vladyslav Kochyn, 1st year cadet of the Faculty № 4, took part in the All-Ukrainian Correspondence Scientific and Methodological Conference "Methods and Specifics of Teaching Foreign Languages in Higher Education Institutions", which was held by the Language Department of the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine.

In order to conduct career guidance work, Tetiana Kalchenko, a senior lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA, and 2nd year cadets of the Faculty № 4 Kostiantyn Rotan and Artem Pits visited Kamianets-Podilskyi Lyceum № 13 of Kamianets-Podilskyi City Council of Khmelnytskyi Region.

Iryna Kravets, a lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, held a meeting of the scientific club for the 3rd year cadets of the Faculty № 3 on the topic "Organization of work with scientific literature". Iryna Kravets noted that a rather complicated issue in the performance of scientific research is the review of literary sources on the subject of scientific work and familiarized the cadets with how to avoid primitiveness and mistakes in the analysis of literature.

The team of the Faculty № 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, consisting of higher education students majoring in Cybersecurity and Information Protection, took part in the international cybersecurity competition in the format Capture the Flag - University CTF 2023: Brains & Bytes (https://ctf.hackthebox.com/event/details/university-ctf-2023-brains-bytes-1231) on the Hack The Box Internet platform.

Olena Stativka, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA, attended the International Online Webinar "Teaching grammar for young learners" from Cambridge University Press and Assessment, which discussed modern methods of teaching English grammar: the use of certain strategies and tools necessary for communication.

Within the framework of the Law Week, Larysa Sazanova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA, held a conversation with the 2nd year cadets of the Faculty № 4 on the topic "Human Rights Violations in the Context of the Russian Armed Aggression against Ukraine".
