The final meeting of the scientific circle of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty № 1 took place. The head of the scientific circle Professor of the Department, Doctor of Law, Professor Andrii Yashchenko informed the audience about the results of the group's work during the academic year. During this period, members of the scientific circle of the department prepared three scientific articles: two of which were published in the "Bulletin of the Criminological Association of Ukraine", one - in the "Bulletin of the Association of Criminal Law of Ukraine"; 38 abstracts for national and international scientific-practical conferences; three scientific reports presented at interdepartmental scientific-practical conferences and seminars.

Members of the scientific circle also participated in scientific competitions: Ukrainian competition of small grants for young scientists in the field of criminal law, criminology, and criminal executive law, where the work of the 3rd year cadet of the faculty № 4 Roman Romaniv was awarded a first degree diploma; in the competition of scientific works of applicants of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education of institutions belonging to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, where the 3rd year cadet of the faculty № 2 Anastasiia Dorosh presented her work and was awarded a diploma for 2nd place.

At the end of the meeting, the scientific supervisor noted the most active cadets, thanked them for their work, perseverance and presented collections of scientific papers and materials of scientific conferences, which received: a 2nd-year cadet of the faculty № 1 Vladyslav Nechvolod, a 2nd-year cadet of the faculty № 1 Anhelina Harus, a 2nd-year cadet faculty of the faculty № 1 Yana Svystun, a 4th-year cadet of the faculty № 1 Yana Mirkevych, a 3rd-year cadet of the faculty № 2 Anastasiia Dorosh, a 3rd-year cadet of the faculty № 2 Serhii Khara, a 3rd-year cadet of the faculty № 4 Roman Romaniv.
