Representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs were among the winners and laureates of the district stage of the city competition "Young Man of the Year-2021". Denis Dorozhkin, Deputy Head of Slobidsky District Administration for Social and Humanitarian Affairs, and the Head of the Committee for Family, Youth and Sports of Slobidsky District Department of Family, Youth and Sports of Kharkiv Region Sergey Golub, congratulated the winners and presented the awards on behalf of the City Council Secretary Igor Terekhov.

In the nomination "Scientific activity" the winner was a leading researcher of the department of scientific work, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor Volodymyr Chumak, the winner of the competition - a lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology № 1 Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Tatiana Shevchuk.

In the nomination "Students (cadets) of the III-IV level of accreditation" the winner was a cadet of the 3rd year, faculty № 4 Roman Romaniv, the winner of the competition was a cadet of the 1st year, faculty № 1 Vladislava Baler.

Oleksandr Khan, a senior researcher at the Department of Family, Youth and Sports of Kharkiv City Council, and Kateryna Berezhna, a researcher at the Department of Scientific Organization, also thanked the Committee for Family, Youth and Sports of Slobidsky District Department of Kharkiv City Council.
