The textbook "Administrative and Jurisdictional Activities of the National Police of Ukraine" was published, prepared by the scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Police and Public Administration of the Faculty №3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

The textbook highlights the main provisions of the legislation of Ukraine governing the administrative and jurisdictional activities of the National Police of Ukraine; the concept, content, and features of administrative and jurisdictional activity of the police are revealed; highlights the features of proceedings in cases of administrative offenses under the jurisdiction of the police: tasks, principles, and stages. Measures to ensure proceedings in cases of administrative offenses, the procedure for consideration of appeals and the organization of personal reception of citizens in the bodies and departments of the National Police, administrative and jurisdictional activities for certain categories of persons are described.
