A two-day training for cadets took place at Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The organizer of the training event was the Poltava regional youth public organization "Your World". The project is supported by the Democracy Fund of the US Embassy in Ukraine.

The training took place within the project "The Art of Defeating Bullying", which is implemented in three cities of Ukraine: Pyriatyn, Nizhyn, Boryspil. Kremenchuk also joined them. As the project manager Oleksandr Chepur explained, due to the problem urgency and the active information campaign, the project has expanded its geography. According to the latest UNICEF study, the problem of bullying in Ukraine exists and needs to be solved. During the pandemic, the problem of cyberbullying became even more acute.
During the training, participants learned a lot of useful and new information, as well as personally felt all the emotions from bullying during the role-playing of various situations. The cadets discussed the problems, asked questions and drew conclusions. The training provided the cadets with new knowledge, new relationships between young people, a new vision of the future.
