Associate Professor of Legal Support of Economic Activity of Faculty № 6 Maryna Romanenko and the judge of the arbitration court within the Federation of Employers of Ukraine, Associate Professor of Legal Support of Economic Activity of Faculty № 6 Andrii Denysov conducted a binary lesson for students on the topic "Peculiarities of litigation in the arbitration courts".

During the meeting, special attention was paid to the procedural issues of the arbitration courts in Ukraine, the application of substantive laws in arbitration cases, the procedure for appealing and enforcing judgements of the arbitration courts and the main legal documents governing relations connected with the activities of the arbitration courts in Ukraine. Andrii Denysov shared his work experience in the arbitration court within the Federation of Employers of Ukraine and answered students' questions.
