Maryna Petchenko, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Person in Charge of academic integrity and gender issues at Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took the Flexibility (Adaptability) online course on the Educational Hub platform.
The course included the following modules: features of flexible thinking (the "adaptability", "flexibility" conceptual construct; flexibility as the most important factor of adaptability; manifestations and influence of flexible thinking as a psychological health indicator and soft skills development); flexible thinking as the quality of successful people (how flexible thinking helps in crisis life situations); practical recommendations (exercises) for training the flexibility of the mind; useful habits for the development of flexible thinking; skills of a successful person of the XXI century (flexibility as an element of success in the modern world; practical methods of developing flexibility; how changes affect people and block adaptation processes).
The online course blocks contained a theoretical part and practical examples and tasks. After completing the course and successful accomplishment of the modular tasks, Maryna Petchenko obtained a certificate confirming the acquired skills that will be used in further scientific and educational activities.
