Krystyna Koval, a 1st-year cadet of the Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, a participant in the School of Scientific Leadership, participated in the international online programme exchange "Excel and Elevate", in the framework of the cooperation of the School and the Eastern European Network for Citizenship Education (EENCE).

During the programme, 8 online master classes were held by speakers from all over the world - Armenia, Moldova, Georgia, Belarus on topics: "Public participation in local government in the aspect of civic education", "Public speeches for activists and teachers", "The role of civic education in community development", "From critical thinking to critical projects: asking, analyzing, reflecting and evaluating", "How to do urban education projects with young people from small and large cities", "Using human rights framework competencies in civic education", "Effective time management", "Practices of working with online tools in educational and training projects".

Participants of the programme got acquainted with foreign experience in the field of public activism, interaction of public authorities, including law enforcement agencies, with the public, as well as learned about innovative tools and practical advice in the fields of communication, time management, and public speaking.
