On the occasion of the Day of the State Flag of Ukraine, the library of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs presents a book-illustrative exposition "Our Flag is our sacred amulet".
The State Flag is an integral attribute of each country, a symbol of its sovereignty and the personification of the identity and succession of state-building traditions. The flag of Ukraine has always been a symbol not only of statehood, but also of the struggle for it, the dreamed independence to which the people went and for which blood is shed again today.
The exposition of the exhibition dedicated to the State Flag Day in Ukraine is aimed at honoring the centuries-old history of Ukrainian statehood, state symbols of independent Ukraine, patriotic upbringing of youth, as well as respect for the state symbols of our country.
