Mykyta Bielievtsov, Deputy Head of the School of Scientific Leadership, the third year cadet of Faculty №1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took part in the international youth exchange program in France (Reims) within the framework of the Erasmus+ project. The aim of the project was intercultural exchange and raising awareness of youth in environmental issues and environmental protection.
Participants from Ukraine, Greece, the Czech Republic, France and Germany listened to a course of lectures on the topic "Learn about "Green professions"", presented national culture, traditions and history at cultural exchange parties, visited world-famous architectural monuments of France, including the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre, the Notre Dame Cathedral and others.
Ukraine was represented by six participants from different cities and educational institutions. The project was implemented by the French public organization "ZRA" in the framework of the Erasmus+ program of the European Union. The participants learned about "green" professions around the world, prepared presentations and talked about similar professions and projects in their countries. During the discussions, Mykyta Bielievtsov stressed the importance of the activities of the National Police in preventing and combating environmental offenses, as well as the interaction of the School of Scientific Leadership of Faculty №1 of KhNUIA with environmental public organizations in joint actions.
The Ukrainian team spoke about environmental projects in Ukraine, including environmental events, community work days, presentations, which are attended by the representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
Participants from different countries agreed on further fruitful cooperation after the project.
