For first-year students of the Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, as a part of the study of the discipline "Introduction to Legal Research", a practical lesson was held at the Center for Administrative Services (CFAS) in Sumy.
Alla Stryzhova, the head of the CFAS in Sumy, and the heads of structural subdivisions shared their professional knowledge and practical experience with future lawyers. Students were acquainted with the main areas of CFAS, achievements, prospects and plans for the future, conducted a tour of the halls and offices where the reception of citizens is held, as well as the back office, where the
analysis and processing of documents, entering information in various registers and more are.
During the visit, students had the opportunity to test their strengths and knowledge in the role of administrators, directly joining the process of receiving citizens.

At the end of the meeting, students and professor of the Department of Humanities of the Sumy branch of KhNUIA Nadiia Demidenko thanked the staff of CFAS for the acquired knowledge and skills.
