Victoriia Vintsuk, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminalistics and Expertology of Faculty №6 along with Vadym Shestakov, who heads and works in the law company "Shestakov & Partners" conducted a binary lesson on "Concepts, tasks, basic institutions of criminal procedure".

The representative of the law company stressed the importance of quality study of the discipline "Criminal Procedure" and the ability to interpret the articles of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine to use this knowledge in future practice. He also explained to the students the role of a lawyer in criminal proceedings, namely, what actions he carries out, provided by law, and what is within his competence. Namely, a lawyer is a full-fledged subject of criminal proceedings. He is involved into the investigation and consideration of criminal proceedings in accordance with Chapter 3 of the CPC of Ukraine "Court, parties and other participants in criminal proceedings" and other laws. Vadym Shestakov gave many interesting examples from his legal practice.
