Professor of the cycle commission of aviation and radio electronic equipment of Kremenchug Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Candidate of Technical Sciences Yurii Gavriliuk conducted a scientific seminar on a gender topic "Women in the History of Aviation" for the participants of the educational process.

The research event was opened by Maryna Petchenko, Candidate of Economic Sciences, responsible for gender issues at the college, which emphasized the relevance of the chosen topic and the importance of forming knowledge about the norms and attitudes of gender interaction on the principles of gender equality and overcoming gender stereotypes.

During the seminar, the professor revealed the role of women in the history of Ukraine, with an emphasis on the aviation industry, and their impact on the course of events in the formation of the modern state. The event was attended by representatives of the cycle commission of aviation and electronic equipment and cadets of the specialty "Flight operation of aircraft": the head of the cycle commission Alona Hebda, teachers - Yurii Stushchanskyi, Eugene Volkanin, head of the laboratory Elena Pohorelova, cadets - Bohdan Kyryliuk, Denys Lozovskyi, Vladyslav Loboda, Mykyta Pylchenko, Maxym Pasichnyk, Bohdan Saukh, Dmytro Smolianinov, Bohdan Shkapenko. At the end of the event, Yurii Gavryliuk and Maryna Petchenko answered the questions of the seminar participants.
