Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Proceedings Larysa Krasytska along with the Deputy Director of the Anti-Raiding Office of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Olena Antoniuk conducted a binary class for part-time students of the Faculty №6 in the discipline “Current issues of civil law and proceedings”.

Olena Antoniuk acquainted students with the  authority of the Anti-Raiding Office of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, which ensures the implementation of tasks assigned to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to implement state policy in the field of state registration of real property rights and their encumbrances, state registration of legal entities, public organizations which do not have the status of a legal entity, and individuals–entrepreneurs. Problematic issues of acquisition and termination of ownership of real estate, ways to protect the rights and interests of participants in civil relations were considered.
