Iryna Maisun, a lecturer at the Department of Law at Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took part in a webinar on “How to develop manuals for instructors”, organized by the International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement.

The speaker was Rick Jacobs, who has served as deputy sheriff of Virginia for more than 10 years and is currently developing a methodology for training law enforcement and the FBI. The participants of the event got acquainted with new methods of police training, current literature and principles of developing manuals for instructors who work with future police officers.
