The Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted a presentation of the ELSASumy Local Center, which team took part in the Fifth National Congress of Officers (V NationalOfficerMeeting).

During the congress, the teams of local boards gained new knowledge, improved their skills, and attended interesting workshops.
