On the eve of the professional holiday of lawyers, the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work prepared a new museum exhibition and presented it to groups of cadets of the Faculty №1. The museum lecture is accompanied by videos and slide shows and tells about those who laid the foundations and traditions of modern legal glory of Kharkiv. Lectures on this topic will be held from 6 to 8 October for cadets and students majoring in Law.
The exhibition dedicated to the Day of the Lawyer “From the Treasures of Themis” is available for viewing and is located next to the museum. Materials of the exhibition clearly demonstrate the continuity of the best domestic scientific traditions of jurisprudence, mention well-known lawyers of the Pre-Soviet era, whose heritage and activities today continue to be relevant, worthy of attention and imitation of the young change of our university.
The lecture and the exhibition emphasize the special role of the legal profession at all times, the need for a strong moral foundation for this responsible activity, which in the hands of indifferent hands becomes one of the effective tools of social development.
