Сounselor/trainer of Advisory Mission on Community Policing Mulazim Oztürk (a citizen of the Netherlands) led two binaries on “Community Policing” for the cadets of group 401 of faculty No.1 and group 204 of faculty No.3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

The speaker acquainted the audience with the content of the presentation on  “Community Policing " and stated that the safety of citizens is defined as “the right of all people living, working or visiting a city, town, village to live a daily life without fear or risk of harm or injury, and the shared responsibility of local authorities and all other people in the community to providing such an opportunity."

Applicants for higher education of KhNUIA actively participated in discussions of the topic. At the end of the lecture, a video was shown on the issues of public confidence in the police.

Conducting binaries with the involvement of law enforcement officials of foreign countries promotes the integration of the educational process into the European educational space and allows higher education students to acquire new knowledge for further implementation in educational and scientific activity.
