Maryna Dzhafarova, Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of the Faculty No. 1 of KhNUIA, together with the Inspector of the Public Relations Department of the Patrol Police Department in Kharkiv region, senior lieutenant of the police Artem Lykhomanov held a binary lesson for cadets of the 2nd year of faculty No. 2 in the discipline "Administrative Procedure" on the topic "Proceedings on administrative offenses".

The practical worker emphasized that the study of the problems of ensuring the proceedings in cases of administrative offenses acquires special content and relevance in the conditions of bringing administrative legislation in line with international standards. The cadets paid special attention to the sequence of committing administrative and procedural actions defined in the legislation during the preparation of procedural documents in cases of administrative offenses. 

Artem Lykhomanov also noted that the police officer in everyday work should correctly use legal terms, have the accuracy of legislative wording, norms of service etiquette and rules of speech behavior during negotiations, meetings, discussions, public speeches, because under any circumstances they must maintain the image of the law enforcement system at the proper level.

The discussion was lively, because students of higher education asked a lot of questions. Artem Lykhomanov commented on each of them and cited examples from his own practical experience.
