Dear cadets!

On behalf of the staff of the Department of Personnel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and myself, let me personally congratulate you on this significant event - taking the Oath of a Police Officer!

The path you choose requires you to  be always honest, conscientious, disciplined and with high responsibility to perform your duties, because the Oath of Loyalty to Ukrainian people is  inviolable and untouched.

From now, each of you must unquestioningly observe the Constitution and laws of Ukraine, respect and protect human rights and freedoms, and also ensure the interests of society and the state.

I am convinced that even in the most difficult conditions, you will remain loyal to the oath, direct all your strength and professional skills to maintain peace and tranquility.
