As part of the All-Ukrainian Campaign "16 Days Against Violence", cadets, students and staff of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs remotely took a course "Gender Equality and Combating Sexual Harassment in the Military Sphere" conducted on the online platform Prometheus.

The following issues were discussed during the course: gender stereotypes and gender equality; ensuring gender equality in the military sphere; gender-based violence and sexual harassment; combating sexual harassment in the military sphere. 

Involvement of management, research and teaching staff, representatives of departments and students of the college in the goal of achieving gender equality in the institution of higher education sector of security and defense, joint work of higher education staff in developing new knowledge and skills in shaping the foundation of gender culture and initiatives.

Participants of the course received certificates for successfully passed exams.
