It has long been the tradition at the university to celebrate the Day of Reunion of Ukraine. Annually the staff of the university, cadets, students and master’s degree cadets are lined up at the parade ground to celebrate this event. Currently, the public events’ organization is prohibited because of lockdown. Let’s remember how it was in previous years.

An online meeting of the Student Scientific Group of the Department of Fundamental and Legal Sciences of the Faculty No. 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, dedicated to the Day of the Unity of Ukraine, took place.

In the annual report for 2020, the Ukrainian European Studies Association noted the achievements of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in international cooperation. All-Ukrainian Non-Governmental Organization “Ukrainian European Studies Association” is a leading national organization, which unites teachers in the field of European studies and specialists in the field of European integration. 

Associate Professors of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of the Faculty No. 1 Iryna Kazanchuk and Valentyna Yatsenko successfully passed the online course “Academic Integrity at the University”. The video training widely highlighted the basic principles of the need to adhere to the principles of academic integrity in higher educational establishments, both by teachers and directly by higher education seekers.

In order to instill a deep respect for their country, the formation of national consciousness in students and cadets, a thematic online event "My Ukraine, you are strong and independent!" was held in Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

Representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the first working meeting on the implementation of the Horizon 2020 project "Europe’s Regional Partnership for Gender Equality in the Digital Age". At the online meeting, the main tasks of the project and the timing of their implementation, reporting rules were discussed.

Nataliia Duravkina, Associate Professor of Law Department at the Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took part in the webinar "Build a Better Webinar: Speaker Prep" conducted by Oliviia Dassler, manager and marketing specialist of the BrightTALK educational platform.

The library of the university offers a detailed book-illustrative exposition “Only one Ukraine in the world”, which will take everyone through the pages of publications from the past of the country to the present. The exposition presents publications that reveal the idea of the unity of our state, which has been one of the most cherished dreams of Ukrainians for many centuries.

Winter landscapes of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs sports base were taken from a bird's eye view. These days, winter is happy with snowy and frosty weather. The multifunctional complex "Dynamo-Arena" is the main "hero" of this video. It is covered with a white "blanket", and the dazzling sun is reflected on the branches of trees, dusted with winter "down" - winter has finally risen in all its glory…

Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Valerii Sokurenko with the participation of vice-rectors of the university - Serhii Bortnyk, Mykhailo Burdin and Anatolii Klochko- held a working meeting with deans of faculties, heads of departments on organization of educational process of cadets and students after winter vacations and lockdown.
