On July 14-15, 2022, at 09:00 Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs (Kamianets-Podilskyi) will host a training course "Application of the ECtHR practice in the consideration of criminal proceedings on corruption". The training events were organized by UNDP within the framework of the UN Program for Reconstruction and Peacebuilding with funding from the European Union.

On July 14, two sessions will be held on the topics "General principles of application of the practice of the European Court of Human Rights (hereinafter - the ECtHR)" and "The practice of the ECtHR regarding the assessment of the investigation and trial of criminal offenses related to corruption in the part of the assessment of the collection of evidence."

On July 15, two sessions will be held - "The practice of the ECtHR in cases concerning assets that may have an illegal origin" and "The application of the practice of the ECtHR in the consideration of criminal proceedings on corruption offenses by courts of Ukraine".

During the training the participants will perform practical tasks and will also work in groups. At the end of the event there will be the summing up and presentation of certificates.https://univd.edu.ua/uk/news/13385
