Vice-rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Serhii Bortnyk paid a working visit to Faculties No. 1 and No. 4 in Khmelnytskyi region. The vice-rector inspected the territory of the higher education institution and the dormitory, inspected the shelter and the canteen.
