Vinnytsia Regional Council held a working meeting of the Chairman of Vinnytsia Regional Council Viacheslav Sokolovyi with the vice-rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Anatolii Klochko and the assistant to the rector Viktor Slysh.
